1. Shipping Charges
Returns will be accepted ONLY under the following valid reasons:

- No additional handling or packaging charges
2. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we process and dispatch it on the same day:
Same Day Dispatch
All orders placed before 3:00 PM (IST) will be packed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day. We work Monday to Saturday. Sunday orders are dispatched on Monday.

- You will receive a dispatch confirmation on WhatsApp once your order is shipped

Enter the tracking number we shared with you and click ‘Search’ to see the real-time status of your shipment.
Stay Updated
The tracking page will show you each step — from dispatch to out for delivery. If you face any issue, WhatsApp us immediately.
Tracking Note: India Post tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to reflect online after dispatch. If your tracking shows no update initially, please wait 1-2 days before contacting us.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

ShraddhaShakti offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. You can pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep — no advance payment needed.
Important COD Rules:
- COD is available on all products across India via India Post
- Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery
- COD orders follow the same dispatch timeline — same day dispatch
COD Re-Order Policy — Please Read
- If a COD order is returned to us due to non-delivery (customer not available, refused delivery, or wrong address), the customer will need to make ONLINE PAYMENT (UPI / Card / Net Banking) for their next order. COD facility will not be available for future orders in such cases. This policy helps us maintain service quality for all customers.
7. Undelivered / Failed Delivery
If You Are Not Available at Delivery:
- India Post will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times
- A delivery notice may be left at your address
- You may collect your parcel from the nearest post office if delivery attempts fail
- Please contact your local post office with the tracking number

If Parcel is Returned to Us (RTO):
- If the parcel is returned to ShraddhaShakti due to failed delivery, we will contact you on WhatsApp
- We will reship your order — however, for COD orders that were refused, next order must be prepaid
- Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at the time of ordering
- Incorrect address provided by customer — reshipping charges may apply
8. Product Damaged During Shipping
Mandatory Unboxing Video Required
If your product arrives damaged during shipping, you MUST have an unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package. Without a clear unboxing video showing the damage, we will not be able to process a replacement. Please record a video every time you open a ShraddhaShakti package.

If your product is damaged during transit, here is what we will do:
- We will send you a FREE replacement product — no extra charge
- New product will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of claim approval
- You do NOT need to return the damaged product in most cases
- Claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof
To raise a damage claim — WhatsApp us at +91 96259 03098 with your Order ID and unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
9. Important Shipping Notes
- Always double-check your delivery address before placing the order — we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address
- Ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours
- For remote or rural areas, delivery may take longer than estimated — please be patient
- During festive seasons (Diwali, Navratri, Dussehra, etc.) — delivery may take 1-2 extra days due to high volume
- We currently ship only within India — international shipping is not available at this time
- If your parcel shows ‘Delivered’ but you have not received it — contact your local post office immediately and inform us
