1. 7-Day Return & Refund Policy
ShraddhaShakti offers a 7-day return and refund policy on all products from the date of delivery. We want you to feel completely confident while shopping with us. 7 days from the date of delivery. Return requests raised after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns will be accepted ONLY under the following valid reasons:
- Product received in damaged or broken condition
- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Product is significantly different from the description shown on website
- Missing product or incomplete order received
3. Non-Eligible Reasons (Returns NOT Accepted)
The following situations will NOT qualify for return or refund:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product has been used, worn, or altered after delivery
- Return request raised after 7 days of delivery
- Damage caused by customer after delivery (self-damage)
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories
- Return request without unboxing video proof (mandatory for damage claims)
4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
⚠️ Important — Please Read Carefully
An unboxing video is MANDATORY for all damage-related return claims. Without a clear unboxing video, we will not be able to process your return request. This protects both you and us from any disputes.
To protect our customers and ensure a fair return process, the following rules apply for all damage-related claims:
- You MUST record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the package from the very beginning.
- The video must show the outer packaging, the unsealing process, and the product condition inside — all in one continuous shot.
- The video must be recorded at the time of delivery itself — not later.
- The video must clearly show any damage, defect, or discrepancy in the product.
- The video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery along with your return request.
- Without a valid unboxing video, no damage claim will be entertained — no exceptions.
5. How To Raise a Return Request — Step by Step
Record Unboxing Video
Record a clear, continuous video while opening your package. Make sure the product condition, packaging, and any damage is clearly visible.

Share Required Details
Share your Order ID, name, unboxing video, photos of the product, and reason for return. Incomplete information may delay the process.
Return Approval
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and confirm whether your return is approved. You will be notified via WhatsApp or email.
Ship the Product Back
Once approved, we will guide you on how and where to send the product. Please pack it safely in original packaging. Return shipping charges may apply in certain cases.
Refund Processed
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
6. Refund Details
Once your return is approved and the product is received by us in its original condition:
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders — refund will be processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when contacting us.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- You will receive a confirmation message once the refund is initiated.

ShraddhaShakti offers FREE return shipping for all valid return cases where the fault lies with us — including damaged products, wrong items sent, or missing items. We believe in making your experience completely hassle-free.
8. Exchange Policy
We offer product exchange in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered — we will send the correct product at no extra cost.
- Damaged product — we will replace it with a fresh piece from our inventory.
- Exchange is subject to product availability in our current stock.
- Exchange requests follow the same process as return requests (unboxing video required).
